Dinagyang Festival in Ilo-Ilo City

Right after Sinulog in Cebu, this week Ilo-ilo City will celebrate Dinagyang Festival which is considered as a world class festival that attracts many tourists from different parts of the world. A festival of thanksgiving in honor of Sto. Nino.
